Manufacturing, shipping or quality problems: We guarantee that your banner or poster will be free from manufacturer's defects and will replace it for you immediately if there are any problems like inconsistent color, tears or a wrinkle in the paper or vinyl. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order due to a manufactiring, shipping or quality problem, please contact customer service by calling: 1-800-732-4018 or by filling out our contact form.

Design changes before a banner is manufactured: If you place an order and discover that a change to your banner design is needed (omitted name, spelling error, color change, etc), let us know immediately -- as long as the banner has not been manufactured, there is no charge. Note: Banners may be manufactured in as little as an hour of an order being placed.

Design changes after a banner has already been manufactured: If you place an order and discover that a change to your banner design is needed (omitted name, spelling error, color change, etc), and your banner has already been manufactured, we can issue you a 50% off coupon. Contact us and we can provide you with a coupon code which can be entered on checkout to reorder your banner with the discount. Note: Banners may be manufactured in as little as an hour of an order being placed.

Every banner or poster you order will be delivered within 7-10 days. There is a special rush option to get it sooner, too. And we guarantee you will be delighted with the quality of our products.

We print your banner using professional, top-quality, high-speed, full-color digital imaging systems. We offer quality materials such as ultra-violet, sun-resistant inks and rugged thick vinyl.

We accept two major credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping Options via UPS
Standard - 7 to 10 business days.
Second Day - 4 business days.
Next Day - 3 business days.
Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.

Payment Processing - Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and that you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is immediately forwarded to Fulfillment.

Order Fulfillment - If the item(s) on your order is in-stock, we will ship them immediately from our main Twinsburg, Ohio warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States or Canada. All orders are reviewed for accuracy and are delivered safely and accurately via UPS. To ensure accurate delivery, your signature is always required.

Overnight Delivery Guarantee - In-stock items ordered by 4pm (EST) and designated for overnight delivery will be released from our warehouse the date the order was placed (pending credit card approval and verification.) In-stock items ordered after 4pm (EST) with overnight delivery may take an additional business day for delivery. We reserve the right to switch the ship method on out of stock items. Overnight delivery is unavailable outside the continental United States.

Multiple Items - If you ordered multiple items, we may deliver them in separate shipments to ensure the fastest service. However, you won't be charged additional shipping fees for this faster service.

Shipping costs vary depending on the order subtotal and shipping method. Your shipping charges will be determined once you submit your order and will be shown on the Order Confirmation page.

Our Return Policy - Due to the custom nature of the printed products offered and the fact that we cannot put custom printed products into inventory to resell, it is understood that we are unable to offer any refunds or credits for any products. You agree that all sales are final. It is entirely your responsibility as the client, to determine the applicability and/or fitness of any purchases made.
